DisneyCalendar Page

I know I have neglected my blog lately, but there has been a great deal of family stuff going on and I haven't had time to really make anything let alone post.  I thought I would join some swaps to get me creating things.  I don't like it when I'm not making things.  I am currently working on some Disney calendar pages for a swap.  Here is one month that I have done so far.  I have one more to do though.  Hopefully I will be able to finish it and post it for you by Friday.  Until then...........

I thought I would make some witch hats.  I saw these on other blogs and thought I would try to make my own.  I think they turned out pretty good for a first try!

My Minnie Pumpkin

Every year my sister has a Pumpkin Party and everyone decorates pumpkins.  the competition is pretty tough.  This year I really didn't feel like making one, but then one sleepless night I had a wonderful pumpkin idea.  Here she is!

Halloween Treat Holders

In my spare time I have been trying to work on treat holders for my daughter's class.  I have made them every year and this year I am undecided as to what I want to make.  Here is a few of the choices.  I have one other that I have not finished up.  I'm hoping to finish it this weekend, hopefully.

Starting Over

I started this blog a while back and posted a few things, but I kept noticing that there were never any followers so I was basically talking to myself.  I decided that I have to take a new approach to my blog.  I am going to start posting regularly and sharing my crafting experiences with you along with step-by-step instructions and videos and hopefully I will get some followers and maybe even become part of a design team! 

I've been very busy with the end of the school year stuff and finishing up some swaps I'm in. Here are the pictures for one of the swaps.  Before there was Cricut, I use to cut all these characters by hand.  Of course I think my old way looks much better.  But, the Cricut does make things much faster.  I love my Cricut!

I made these notebooks for a swap I was in.  This is the first time I altered a composition book!  It was alot of fun too.

Blog Hop

I attend my very first Blog Hop this weekend!  It was the Disney Pixar Blog Hop 2.
I had so much fun looking at all the fantastic projects and visiting others blogs. 
It was a 2 day hop and there are some very talented ladies.
